UPPER WEST SIDE

Our complete renovation of this condominium on the Upper West Side combined two apartment units to accommodate a growing family. The design created a dedicated “kids” wing with a media room, study area, bathroom, laundry, and bedroom. The herringbone flooring is made of American white ash boards with a custom gray stain. All kitchen shelving and hardware have a custom rose gold-colored finish. Curved areas that conceal mechanical services are covered in venetian plaster.
